Summary video is a short compilation of all key moments. Here you can present your most valuable speakers and sponsors, put emphasis on networking aspect of your event or present it from organizational angle. Combine the most important highlights with interesting statements and show the core of your undertaking!

Artificial Intelligence conference took place in Brussels, Nov 2018. The summary presents key issues on AI’s future, which were discussed during the conference. The video shows event’s course – debate around AI is visible thanks to stage and networking highlights and interviews with speakers.

Eastern Partnership project was an opportunity for young politicians from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine to meet and exchange their experiences. The summary captures the atmosphere of their meeting, showing that #strongertogether is not just a theme.

Teaser is a preview of the next editions of the event. A dynamic video of 30-60 sec gives you an opportunity to share the most exciting moments and build the hype – invite your attendees by sharing the teaser on social media.

Agile Testing Days’ teaser video was used as a promotional material for conference’s edition happening in the US. This dynamic, short form perfectly underlines the most important conference characteristics.

Interviews with speakers work perfectly as a complement to the debate taking place on the stage. They might be a brief summary of key threads, their extension, or speaker’s point of view on issues they didn’t have a chance to discuss during the panel. Interviews can be recorded either in a previously arranged space or in a more spontaneous, reporter-like manner, that is as vox pops.

At #HIVEBerlin held by The Esports Observer we had an opportunity to capture an interview with Lindsey Eckhouse, a commercial director at G2 Esports. During the interview Lindsey gave a unique insight into esports advantages over traditional sports, shared lesson learned in G2 and tips she has for businesses that are yet to enter the industry.

In October Nikos Pappas, Greece Μinister of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Media, has given us a unique insight of his and Greece’s approach towards Artificial Intelligence and its role in Europe’s future. We had an opportunity to record that interview at Artificial Intelligence 2018 conference held in Brussels. Conducting interviews with high level speakers allowed to show the depth of ongoing discussion, at the same time showing that AI 2018 was the event to attend.

Lecture recordings are a way to share your content with attendees, giving them access to lectures they might have missed, as well as with those who weren’t able to show. Depending on the lecture format, we take a different approach – for example, there’s a multi-camera registration of panel discussions, whereas at a pitch stage there’s one camera and a live desktop recording of speaker’s presentation.

During last year’s Agile Testing Days in Potsdam we recorded numerous lectures along with the presentations. Using these materials in post-production, we embedded them into a picture-in-picture format, that allows the viewer to see the speaker and presentation at the same time, being able to easily follow the slides. Thanks to graphics being prepared in advance, we were also able to edit a number of videos on-site, which then were broadcasted in afternoon sessions.

When there’s a panel discussion on stage, the best choice to feature every speaker is to conduct two camera recordings. We implemented this solution on #HIVEBerlin, esports event held by The Esports Observer. In this case we aimed to capture everything that was going on during the lecture with one close-up camera carefully following the professional speaking at the time.
